First Week sucess using MFP

I was probably a bit too aggressive, but I lost 10 pounds in my first week. Was under my calorie goal every day and walked 1-1.5 miles 5 nights this week. Looking forward to many more weeks of meeting my goals! 223 pounds to go...

Wonderful!!!! Make sure you fuel the body. Eat normal n count calories, if you restrict can cause problems in the end. Good luck I'm here for you!!! Gayle Minneapolis0

Probably not too aggressive. Not uncommon to lose a lot your first week. I lost 8.8 lbs my first week, then it moderated from there, a big week, several small losses, then a bigger one has been my trend. As long as you trend down and don't eat some dangerously low number of cals.0

I lost like 15lbs or so in my first week!! It was the biggest incentive to keep going. You can do this!! Keep it up Grats on beginning your journey!! Hope it is still going well for you0
