I'm sure some of you are getting tired of me wandering off, then coming back. :p

I'm starting again today. I'm going to pick up a bag of frozen chicken breasts (hubby won't eat thighs and I won't cook separate) and a big roll of ground beef and drown my meals in butter, cream cheese, and sour cream. Nomnomnom. I'll also pick up a thing of baby spinach (everybody likes creamed spinach!). I will, however, need to sacrifice. Due to budgetary issues, my butter will not be Kerrygold (*sniffles*). I'm going to try bringing eggs back in at least a minority position, as that will stretch things much further and make meatloaf a possibility.

Yeah, you keep wandering away. But you come back. And you aren't just getting lost and staying lost. Restarting a lot is loads better than staying lost. Fall down 7 times; get up 8, right?

What are you going to do differently this time?

I've just lost the few pounds I put on over the holidays too. Good for you! It's not how many times you fall down, it's how many times you get up again. Keep getting up again. And again. And again. It's the long term that counts. I'm 19 kgs lighter than I was this time last year despite having fallen a few times. Keep getting up and stock the house with delicious foods. B)

I'm playing more with my food. For example, this is in my fridge, both in tiny Mason jars (going to pop some of them into the freezer) and a pan to take to my mother's for a party tonight. I think it's the first low carb sweets I've made other than fat bombs.

I'm looking at easier ways to cook things. Toss chicken in baking pan, drizzle with olive oil & lemon juice & seasoning, cover, and bake until done.

Oh, and I'm just keeping an eye on my carbs this time around instead of trying to track everything in MFP, at least for a bit.
