Welcome back to another month of weight loss challenge! I have personally kicked it up a notch in the motivation dept. And I encourage you to do the same! Summer time is full of great opportunities to get out and get active... So lets go!!!
As always, credit for the verbiage below goes to Dan
If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in August)

Worried about this first week of the month...3 day business trip is certainly going to throw my regular eating routine into chaos. Also have my birthday in the middle of the month and know my wife is going to want to make a big cake no matter what I say!0 -

I pushed hard this last week with my food choices. I can do better. I know I can but I am so proud of 2 lbs. I did 3 lifting sessions last week so I know I need to do the same this week. I also need to do more cardio but this shows, food choices make a huge difference.
