I think for the 1st week my challenge will be:
1. No late night snacking 6 of 7 days
2. Get early workouts in (Runs/walks) 5 of 7 days
3. Healthy food choices 6 of 7 days

It's only the first day but when you take one day at a time, small goals tuns into larger ones!!!0
