I agree with some of the other posters, stop the fiber supplements, try more fat and give it some time. You only need to change things if you are having trouble going (painful or straining), or you aren't going for several or more days at a time. Changing your diet will change your bowel movement schedule as well as BM texture and size. That's normal.0

Low Carb does this to me too, my doctor has me drinking Miralax at night and wow it really helps! Drink lots of water all day, it helps the stuff work even better.0
