    It's getting to be later in the day but I'm starting a thread anyway.

    Hi Tara! Nice to meet you!

    I volunteered at a triathlon last night & this morning. Registration/packet pickup was last night and a lot of racers waited until this morning to get packets, so it was pretty slow. This morning I was on the finish line team - handing out water & taking back timing chips. That was more fun. They had a sprint kick off first, then an Oly 45 minutes later. The guy who owns the business sponsoring the tri was swimming the Oly as part of a team, so he had me do the airhorn to start the swim waves for the Oly. That was fun. Then I went to the finish area & it wasn't too long before the first sprint racers came in. It was an 80 mile round trip drive to the venue, so I regret going out there twice just because that was 3 hours in the car, on top of the 11 hours of volunteer work, in just under 24 hours. But I have lost some of my fear of tris. Was good to see the variety of racers - all ages, shapes & sizes.

    Hi everyone, got busy with my traveling and moving again. Settled for two months in Grants Pass. I was excited by move until bad smoke from fire up north that blow down here. Air quality is in unhealthy dont go outside mode.

    At least I am close to gym now. Going to go for either swim or machines tomorrow. I swam at pool at motel yesterday.

    Hi all, I completed my daily workout on 21 day fix: total body cardio. Not my favourite... But I can already see myself improving so that's positive.
    Then, I decided to take my little guy for a bike ride last night for a Half hour or so.
    My husband and I will be taking our kids camping tomorrow for three nights.. And I'm unable to do my workout DVDs. If it's cool enough, I'll run. Or do a little hiking. I think my main goal will be to get something in each day... But definitely keep my diet in check!
