Today's workout is Upper Fix on 21day fix. My husband has been away on business in NYC for 4 days and is now back. Aaa do he's taking the kids out for a couple hours to do the grocery shopping for our upcoming camping trip! So I'm going to get my workout done ASAP then gleefully spend the next 1.5 hours ALONE!! No faces to wipe or juice to fetch or snacks to make or bums to wipe!! Yahoooo!!!! Happy Sunday everyone!

Hope you enjoyed your alone time & you have fun camping Tara!
Marla we had some smoke here last month from fires in Canada. Not to the point where it was dangerous for most people but they were warning people with respiratory problems not to stay outside longer than necessary. It made my eyes sting, and it wasn't bad here compared to other places. As I recall you dealt a lot with that last summer too.
It's my rest day today. Got a couple loads of laundry done and just a little cleaning. I'm emotionally wiped out from too much time with strangers the past couple days (my inner introvert is rebelling) and physically exhausted from not sleeping well. So I'm ending up with a lazy day, which is okay because this week is a busy one.
Sherry hope your family time was good. Sounds like you're heading into a quieter part of your vacation.

Yes it is very ironic that the number one thing that sent me over the edge to agree to move was last 3 summers of smoke! Now my friends where I moved from say no smoke so far! I think it is following me, lol.
Well i am determined to make best of it, went on treadmill then swam at Y.
I know the feeling Laura of needng emotional down time, i feel rattled from all the constant moving. We are doing little this week except basic errands and exercise.
Glad you got alone time Tara, my hubby went out to explore and it felt so good to be alone!0 -
Welcome Tara!
Marla - still praying for you and all your crazy moving! Not sure how you're handling it all!
Laura - I love triathlons! So many different areas to improve on. My race could overall have been worse then previous ones, but maybe my swim was better...or my run. So plenty of ways to find success. I'm part of a group on facebook for Athenas (triathletes who weigh over 165). Its been a fantastic group. Overall, I've found that triathletes are the friendliest, most welcoming group I've encountered.
I survived camping! We had a blast, with only a bit of sprinkling and no rain. Also caught up on all those chores that I feel behind on being gone. Last week until school starts up! I'm excited to have time to get things done now! I'm off to make dinner for the fam and then get everyone tucked in. I have a PTO meeting tomorrow but I plan to go swimming earlier tomorrow before the meeting.0
