Hearty Chicken Salad w/o Dressing Under 150 calories?!?

This salad is super quick and easy to make. First, you will need 1/2 a cup of chopped cabbage and carrots (you can buy this in a coleslaw salad mix it cut it yourself) Then, I got some cubed white meat chicken that had already been cooked by the chefs at my deli. I tosses the cabbage mix with the chicken, and added some slivered almonds on top. For an optional touch, mix in some cilantro and green onions for an extra kick. On top, I like to add some fried onions to top it all off. This recipe serves 1 or 2 people, depending on the level of hunger.
