Weight Machine Routines.

I'll ask this hear since the general forums are nothing but an argument.

I'm using the weight machines at the gym. I know they aren't the best and free weights are better, but for a beginner like me, they make the gym a little less stressful. Can anyone suggest a good routine for the weight machines? Sunday's diary includes my routine. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I doing too much upper/lower? Too much weight? Any tips would be helpful.
