Grass fed organic meat Australia ?

Hi I have been buying all of meat from an organic butcher and the meat is all grass fed and finished but I am wondering if it matters as isn't all meat in Australia grass fed? Is there much of difference between organic meat and the meat at Coles and Woolworths ?
