Feeling tired, really hungry and thirsty

Hi all, just looking for some advice/opinions. A little background- I do P90x religiously, everyday, but recently I started mixing things up a bit by adding the Insanity max cardio in place of Plyo, plus I go for a run/jog on Saturday which is the Kenpo day. (Plyo and Kenpo are a bit too easy now). I followed this schedule for about 3 weeks now. Just the last few days I've noticed that I cannot seem to drink enough water (I am a big water drinker to begin with), but now I cannot seem to get enough. It is summer so I'm sweating alot more during my workouts (especially the one Insanity workout that I do), plus I seem to always be hungry and I was cold the past two days. I"m extra tired, even had a slight headache this morning that went away after drinking 4 Liters of water before lunch. I get a bit lightheaded during the high intensity workouts (again Insanity). So I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas/opinions? I unlocked my food journal so feel free to look at it. Most dinners are home prepared meals that I then take leftovers for lunch. Thanks in advance!
(I also realize that this could just be a short phase, or I could be coming down with something.) Also this weekend I will be away and not exercising as much, and definitely overeating a bit so if my body just needs a break it will get it this weekend.

When I was lightheaded and nauseous I was not getting enough protein and nutrients in my body right away after a workout. My dizzy and nauseous feeling was also caused from me not eating a preworkout snack like a protein bar or a small snack an hour before my workout. Since I started having a snack before my workout and getting the nutrients, water and protein back in my body right after my workouts I have been fine.
I hope you are not getting burned out. Try taking a break and see if that helps. I will take a look at your journal.0 -
Thanks for the reply. I do eat something like greek yogurt or a banana right before my workout. Then after my workout is dinner, so that usually involves protein. If I do work out in the morning I do it on an empty stomach and then make sure I have a high protein cereal. I will be taking a bit of a break this weekend and it is my recovery week anyway so I will see how I feel Monday and Tuesday when I get back into it. I also think that with it being summer and warmer in my house that I was dehyrdrated yesterday. I need to start drinking even more water on days that I do Insanity or other high cardio workouts and see if that helps.0

Water is very important. That should help out a lot. Keep me posted on how you feel next Monday and Tuesday. I hope your symptoms improve.0
