up 1 pound. not happy but was expecting it. no exercise and lots of snacking. need to get back at it. hoping on Friday, when I am done with work, i will be able to work out daily.

    Oh, I hate to hear that. I am on vacation next week and expecting the same kind of thing. Glad you are back on track.

    Stayed same this week 191.4. I know it's because I didn't log Sat or Sun. argh. I am usually so consistent with logging and just blew it. Next week will be better.

    Lost a pound. Finally have the willpower to stay on track even through some events. This has taken me awhile to learn and hopefully i can stay on it!

    The 160s... Yippee! I tend to bounce around a 5lb area for a while before I drop, but even if I bounce back up to 172, seeing a 160 on the scale was super motivating! :-)
