New to The Group

So, I started the Whole30 program this month. It requires No Alcohol among other things. This is not an easy feat for me as my husband and I generally wind down at the end of our very busy hectic days with a few glasses of wine (which leads to food, which leads to weight gain). This has been our way of chillin for a very long time. I have to say though, much to my suprise it has not been difficult. This is day 5 and I have had NO cravings, a passing thought maybe, but no cravings. I am resolved to going the 30 days and then hopefully in the time make new healthier habits. Support is welcome.
