Feeling pretty good, I had gotten used to having 1 or 2 glasses of wine a day, but really need to stop that habit. I work out 6 days a week and eat pretty well, but I know that is keeping me from dropping my last 15 pounds. Hope to see some good results, thanks for joining me!
