Feeling pretty good, I had gotten used to having 1 or 2 glasses of wine a day, but really need to stop that habit. I work out 6 days a week and eat pretty well, but I know that is keeping me from dropping my last 15 pounds. Hope to see some good results, thanks for joining me!

    I agree with you....I was enjoying 2 glasses a day, as my way of unwinding in the evenings and that leads to me craving salty things like chips and buttery popcorn so now it's Iced Tea sweetened with truvia!! :smile: I know that to finally get the scale moving downward, I need to just stop!! It's frustrating to workout at such an intensity that we do and still not seeing the results we desire!!! Anyways, I have not had any wine since Sunday night and I have to say I am feeling great! Here's to great results! :happy:

    It's only day 1 for me but I'm not even craving wine. Let the scale start moving down!
