Hi @JessicaLCHF I take a massive amount of supplements but I have a lot going on mainly with super low thyroid and severe adrenal fatigue. I take lypospheric vitamin c which bypasses the digestive system and goes straight to the liver plus high dosage Vitamin C tablets (slow release)-- altogether most days I take 10+ grams of C. The lypospheric C is the only way I know to get mega doses of C besides IV therapy-- otherwise your body will just expel that much. I eat or drink fermented foods (for probiotics) often if not daily. Also a blend of medicinal mushrooms that boost the immune system (Host Defense My Community) and B complex. Less often I take as many other supplements as I can handle based on how I'm feeling. I firmly believe they have helped me tremendously and I can feel a big difference when I take them. But like I said, I have a lot of medical issues to deal with so I'm probably not a typical LC person on here. : ) I was taking these prior to going LC and I see no reason to not continue what has been working for me.
