So, I don't remember how I came across it, but I'm really interested in knowing if anyone here dry brushes. It sounds amazing (Google, Pinterest, etc. have great explanations and images). I think most of us could benefit from all the things it is supposed to do. I just want to hear some personal experiences...
And I'd love to find a way to work it in at least once a week... I could do with increased natural detoxing, less swelling, better skin, less breakouts, healthy glow!

I just googled. Here are a few links.
BENEFITS TO DRY SKIN BRUSHING
Removes dead skin cells and unclog pores, leaving skin very soft.
Leaves skin more receptive to moisturizers and oils.
Boosts surface circulation and leaves skin with a healthy glow.
Improves lymphatic drainage and stimulates more effective natural toxin clearing.
Reduces the appearance of cellulite and increases skin tone.

Thanks for the links. I'm ordering the brushes the woman talks about. All for feeling better.0

Let me know how it goes. I can't afford these as of yet (yes, I know they're cheap, but 1) I don't have a bank account or any online payment system and 2) I'm recovering from severe financial issues...), so I'm looking forward to feedback.0
