Marla - guys seem to be like that. Once they let the feelings out, they move on at rapid speed. Glad you're all working everything out!
Did my personal training and it kicked my butt but in a way that felt great! I did my plank for 45 seconds and she said I made it look easy so I have to do it for a minute next week. I love that a trainer will push me in ways I wouldn't have pushed myself. She's also enrolling me in some weight loss program where we track everything together so I'll have that extra accountability. I'm excited to see what it's like as I've never actually done an organized weight loss program. It usually costs money, but as she's new to the Y and trying to build a client base she isn't going to charge me as long as I put a testimonial on her site.
Today I'm going to head to the y and get a bike in. We have meet the teacher night tonight and school starts in less than a week! Yay!0 -
Smoke has started to come back, just took short walk to river, its low yellow on air which is right after green healthy.
Another tough sleeping night.
We were going to go check out house tomorrow but then found out its in a flood zone and insurance would be crazy. Looked nice though!
In my August emotional eating group right now we are just watching and writing down when we eat every time, did we wait till hungry? Eat just to eat? Emotions? Yesterday i only ate when hungry but overate because i gave myself too much and once on plate hard for me to stop. So going to do smaller portions and just take more if need be.0
