Hey friends,
I need some advice. I have been having issues with soreness and numbness in my hands for a while as well as fatigue and extremely dry mouth and gum recession.
I went to the dr in April and was tested for gluten allergy. The test came back negative but the dr did say that it's hard to know for sure with the test bc it's not always accurate. She recommended that I do gluten free so I did gluten free for about 2 months and noticed no joint pain, much more energy and my mouth was considerably less dry.
This summer I've been on and off a gluten free diet and just need to decide if this is what's causing the problems. Has anyone else experienced these side effects?? Please help!
