How are your meals divided, and how many calories for each

I posted this in the general forum, but realized since people here are eating more calories it might be more helpful.
I've recently realized I feel better and have more energy if I eat majority of my calories earlier in the day (from morning until 4-5pm). After 5pm I don't have much of an appetite and can have a small dinner.
So I am curious how you all divide your calories during the day, what time frame are you eating most of your calories?

It varies depending on my work schedule. I tend to pack in the majority of my intake into breakfast and supper because if I'm at work, I don't generally like to eat much except for some salad, fruit, and nuts.
I generally eat 4 meals a day.
Breakfast is 450-600cal
Lunch is 250-450cal (I hate eating lunch, so I bribe myself with my favorite fruit, nuts, seeds and veggies)
Supper is 500-850cal
Snack is whatever number gets me to my calorie goal and fits my macros.
I honestly eat *WHATEVER* I want for my snack as long as I've hit my protein macro for the day. It is my legit snack. Ice cream? Chips? Some more nuts? Check, provided it suits my macros. Otherwise its a protein shake, but I try really really hard to make my protein macro before snack because I HATE my protein shake flavor. lol.0 -
I skip breakfast because it makes me hungrier than I need to be - as evidenced by the fact when I skip it I'm not hungry until even after noon sometimes.
I have deskjob, and eat after midnight, so no issues with low blood sugar - my liver is topped off before bed.
Noonish Lunch is 400 cal.
4-5pm Snack is 200-400 depending on the workout coming up that evening. Or none if rest day.
8-9pm Dinner is 600-1000 depending on what the workout was.
10-1am sometimes snacking is constant, usually another 1000 where I get the protein goal met if not so far.0 -
