Hey folks!
Some of you may remember me being sporadically active around here. Some of you may not / don't care. No worries either way.
Aaaanyways, I haven't been around much because I've been busy busy busy! Losing weight is great, but also means I need new clothes. New clothes cost money. Healthy food costs money. Been putting in a ton of overtime to try to make ends meet. First World Dieter Problems, eh? heh
I've also been working on other hobbies that don't involve sitting at a computer to try to save my wrists. I picked up bracelet making - paracord and hemp knotty bracelets. So far I've only sold one, though. Oh well...
I've been on the keto diet since last October. So far I've dropped over 20 lbs. I'm down to 132 lbs today (5'4", female, and 45 years old) and can finally fit into "medium" shirts comfortably. Bought new jeans because my size 10 "tight jeans" were hanging off of me like a rhino's skin. Not pretty. The size 29 (apparently equivalent to a size 8) Levis I picked up on sale yesterday look awesome, though. Have to say I am quite happy with what I see in the mirror. I am still having terrible terrible leg and foot cramp problems and have NOT been able to kick that, no matter what I try.
I won't really be hanging out on the forums much at all, so if somebody wants to ask me about an old post, just send me a private message or something. Good luck, all!

Glad to hear you're doing well, Taneko. Thanks again for the gummy recipes when I started!0

Good to hear from you. @Teneko it was Oct of last year when I started this way of eating and am down another 30+ pounds but stated out 100 pounds heavier than you. I started this way of eating hoping to manage my arthritis pain and it worked well for that and so many other things besides weight loss. Keep up your good eating lifestyle. I wish I had made the change when I was a young as you are.0

Being 43 years old I pretty much feel I will never see 130. Was hoping for 140. But today I would be happy with 150. But hearing that you have made it that low gives me a bit of hope. Keep it up0

Thanks all, and hang in there!
Results on the scale and in the mirror are great, but being healthier and more active is a good result, too.
I can't believe I have baby biceps now.
Maybe eventually my triceps will make an appearance.
