    Our group leader suggested a buddy system. Who wants to be my buddy? Someone who like me finds this journey very challenging. Someone who struggles to stay away from the fatty food and/or sweets. Someone who needs just as much motivation as I do. I'm here to support everyone, and will do so by posting in the group discussion, but would like to push the ones who have a similar struggle and be pushed. We can message one another about once a week or every other week. We are all in this together. If interested, please send me a friend request. We can do this-one day at a time.

    @RetaRoo65, I did but if you want to be buddies, I'd be happy to have you as one. I still have such a long way to go. Some days I don't feel like the planning or working out but I know I have to do it, THIS TIME. I need all the motivation I can get.
