hi everyone. I was half way to my goal and I hit a thee month plateau. Almost all my weight is around my waistline. I have about 25 pounds left to loose. I have PCOS which is why most of my weight is aroundy waist. I looking for advice on loosing belly fat. I have increased my excercise from barely any to 4 /5 times a weeks.
Looking for food ideas and or excercises.
