Hi everyone, I am currently about 1.5 weeks in Atkins induction. Come to find out there is a whole new plan out there compared to the book I bought years ago but kind of following that to some degree. I think being low carb is a good plan for me as I believe I possibly have a gluten/wheat intolerance but boy am I missing my candy and beer! And I do like my bread and olive oil!

Any beer drinkers out there or drinkers in general... I like my wine on the weekends... occasionally a mixed drink, but unfortunately the mixed drinks I like are probably made with sugar (Sweet Tea vodka)...

Anyway, just looking for support! I cannot say I will post daily but I will at least lurk and shout out if I have an answer to someone's question... I am sure I will have plenty of questions on my own!
