Hi there, just joined the group. I am eating keto for two reasons - one: to lose weight, two: it seems to keep my chronic migraines to a minimum.
SW: 180 (5'4")
Current goal is 120 then I will re-evaluate (all-time lowest after childbirth was 108)0 -
