Somebody in this group mentioned KetoCaNa so I went to look it up. Apparently both these products supposedly help with exercise. I am not currently able to do strenuous exercise and honestly, it's often tough to just walk.
If you are using one of these, I'm really interested to hear what you think about it-- especially with exercise. It's selling for $75 and before I spend that much I'm hoping to hear from a real person rather than some manufactured inflated reviews and marketing hype.
