Hi all - I'm new the group and have a question. (Well, obviously, ha ha.)
I've tried MFP before, but have been sticking to it for the last month or so. When I look at the chart of my weight loss, overall it is moving downward. However, there are a few blips where it goes up, then continues back down, lower than before the blip. Naturally, as long as it keeps going down things are good, but I'd like to be able see what I did/didn't do that caused the blips.
I suppose I could go back with a piece of paper and write it all down, but I was hoping there might be an easier way to figure it out?

Wow, one month with no replies? I'm pretty sure that the little blips as you call them are perfectly normal. Weight loss isn't always linear. Maybe you are weighing too often. I would recommend weighing once per week only. And, like you said, the bottom line is that you are losing. Keep up the good work.0
