Here is is my report on yesterdays goals which were.
1) Get my steps(13000) yesterday was the first day in weeks i actually hit my goal. I actually exceeded it by 2000 step i was thrilled.
2) stay in my calories
3)drink 12 glasses of water
4) laps in the pool
5)no sugar(i.e. candy,cookies,cake, ice cream)
6) Laundry
7) get my son's medical records from his previous doctor
I accomplished all my goals yesterday. I went over my steps by 1000.
Well I didn't exactly get my sons records but I did get the ball rolling so I am counting it. Since his records are two states away right now.
My goals today include
1) Get my steps(13000)
2) Drink 12 glasses of water
3) Stay in calories
4) Laps in the pool ( my sisters and I are doing a month long iron man that end Saturday. During the month we had to walk/run 26.2 miles-done, swim 2 miles -i have a little pool so it was taking about 211 laps to accomplish i have 75 more which i should be able to accomplish in the next 3 days, and 111 miles on bike- i wont be accomplishing this i only have a 3 miles. But I want to finish what I can.)
5) No Sugar(i.e. candy,cookies,cake,ice cream)
6) More Laundry
7) Costumes for my older son's activity for next week
8) I want to try getting on the bike and getting a few miles?

My goals are:
1. Get over 10k in steps,
2. drink that water
3. doing C25k workout, W6D3 is 20 minutes of jogging, I did it! never in my wildest dreams did I think I could do 20 minutes straight. 1.3 miles of jogging. YAY0 -

Congrats on the goals, freyjac, and the C25K workout, Janelle! As for the guest room project, it reminds me of all my house-related projects that I've avoided so far this summer. Oh, well. ;-)
My goals yesterday:
1. ride bike to work -- done!
2. get to bed at a reasonable hour and get at least 6 hours of sleep -- I got to bed, but could not sleep. Baby steps!
3. dentist (ugh!) -- done!
4. stay within calorie goal -- done!
Today's:
1. Morning swim -- done!
2. 10,000 steps
3. stay within calories/no unplanned snacking
4. bed/sleep again0
