Thursday, June 20: Long Cardio

Today is the final day of our challenge. Congrats to everyone who stuck with it! Did you take any pictures at the start of the challenge? Have you noticed any difference is your body shape? Perhaps a nice subtle definition in your back and shoulders? Let’s make the last day of spring count and start off the summer on the right foot! The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    THANK YOU for the work you put into this. I know that I was sporadic with my participation, but the workouts were great when I was able to get them in.

    I feel stronger, I have changed in definition, but not in weight (my own fault with eating). But I am still getting comments that people think that I have lost more weight as I become more defined.

    I'm hoping to get a 60 min power walk in at lunch as I slept through my alarm this morning and missed my run :grumble:

    Great work guys!! Jen that is awesome! Stick with it and keep up the good work. One of the most exciting things I've noticed in the last few weeks is that I rarely need to turn to a man to open tight jars for me anymore. Ha-ha!!
