Need dinner ideas

I'm working another 12 hour shift tomorrow. I won't have an opportunity to eat dinner until I get home at about 9:00p.
I need something fast, low carb, low fat and high protein. I had an omelet tonight, so I don't really want to do that again. My old standby for late night quick dinners has been sushi. My take out sushi place doesn't make much without rice (all rolls). That no longer works.

Suggestions please!

    Here are a few ideas:

--Bunless burger (just takes about 10 minutes to cook)
    --Tuna salad
    --Turkey wrap on lettuce
--Go buy a Rotisserie chicken. I love them, and they'll last a few days. I make lettuce wraps, or chicken salad with it.
--Mexican "taco" salad (greens, chicken, salsa, ranch, olives, avocado, cheese and sprinkle with taco seasoning)
    --Baked fish
    --Baked meatballs
    --Steak kabobs
--Gyro meat, onions, tomatoes and tzadziki sauce

Also, get familiar with some of the other carry out restaurants in your area. Maybe you can do carry out salads, or chicken curry, or lettuce wraps.

I'm sure you're exhausted after that shift. What I like to do is prepare as much ahead of time as possible. Also, Atkins has a great recipe site where you an look up recipes based on the meal, and how much time you have to cook it: http://community.atkins.com/Templates/RecipesSearch.aspx

    Good luck!
