Lake Mac Park Run Anyone?

Hi all,
I just signed up for the Lak Mac Parkrun, is anyone else participating? I may not do it every week, but will try to build it into my workout routine on a regular basis.

    im thinking about doing the Newcastle one, i think it starts in Carrington

    Hey, yeah the lake mac one starts at speers point park. I think less people do the lake mac one (not so crowded). are you a good runner? I'm not really but i try at least.

    Na im pretty terrible i think :) i did the Hill to Harbour 10k run a couple of months ago, 10k's in about 70 mins which i was pretty happy with. The 10K was pretty hard, but i find the 5K run is not too bad now, although i will still probably walk a short distance once or twice in the 5K distance

    I use to walk there almost every day when I lived there :sad: miss my lake! I'll be there in September though!
