I still have a long way to go but just wanted to share my progress so far. I was felling a bit frustrated cause I feel like this is moving slowly and seeig the pictures definitively helped.

Weighing in around 290# at my brother's house in 2012.
You can't tell I'm 5'9".
Gained an additional 30 pounds before NSV surgery in 2013 and was barely able to walk.With my brother's daughters on the couch in 2015, weighing 145 or so.A coworker's daughter said "she looks older now" - from the mouth of babes! :laugh:
But I'd rather look old (63) and be heathy than look young and be chair-bound!
