Breakfast Strategy

I wanted to share a little road block and the STRATEGY I use to go around it..... I am a cereal junkie. I can't eat eggs in the morning because It doesn't sit well with my morning workouts..... So every few nights I make steel cut oats in a crock pot.... Super easy! I add I cup steel oats, half a cup of rinsed quoina with half a a table spoon of coconut oil and set on low for a few hours. After that I put them in the fridge and in the morning scoop out a cups worth and microwave for a minute, add in unsweetened almond milk and a dash of honey and cinnamon. Today I added half a banana and a spoon of peanut butter... I actually stay full longer than cereal and know that there is way less sugar and processed products in my breakfast!
