Brunch and Mimosas

On the weekends I tend to make brunch plans with a group of my friends..... 99.9 percent of the time someone orders a mimosa, which is usually my cue to say " I will take one too"! My strategy now is to order a sparkling water with a splash of orange juice. Tastes pretty much the same, but no alcohol and instead of all the sugar from a full class of orange juice you just get enough of the flavor to satisfy you citrus craving.
