Hey there ladies and gents!! Hope this weekend was as amazing for you gals and guys as it was for me. I'm 2 days into VLC eating and feel amazing so far. Long story... and it's kinda past my normal bedtime, I'll explain tomorrow.

    Hey Lise, I'll fill ya'll in tomorrow from work. I want to do some journaling tonight. But I will say this, LCHFMP is awesome.
