Starting from Scratch

After being sidelined with an unexpected hip injury the last month I'm hoping to get back to the groove of things in another couple weeks. I've been cleared to start running again next week after I get a steroid injection into my hip tomorrow. I plan to test it out with running and walking for a week or so before starting back at the beginning because I know I've lost some of my strength and my balance is a hot mess..
The good news is that I have pretty much NOTHING on my calendar for July so the tentative plan is to do 1 week each of WO 1, 2, 3, 4... I was in my last week of WO 5 and 6 before I got hurt so after a month I'm hoping I'll be caught up again and ready to go.
Has anyone else had an unexpected interuption and had to start from square one again? Did you find it frustrating or motivating to know that you made sure not to give up?

Not quite the same but I finished my first round on May 8th and had planned to do round 2 starting this past Monday. On Memorial Day weekend, I fell off of a ladder and I have a compression fracture in my back. I am hoping that in another 2 weeks, I will be cleared to start again and I CAN'T WAIT!!!0
