Hi guys,
I am new to MFP, and looking for some extra support. I am 33, and live just north of New Orleans, LA. I started at 365 in December, and am down to 319 as of yesterday. I want to be under 300 before the year is over if possible. I have a slew of health concerns and am working towards better nutrition and more activity. Any tips and tricks are very much appreciated. I have tried Paleo and Weight Watchers with little result, but I found that the WW Program was more helpful to me in controlling my portion sizes. I have been considering a Fitbit to track all my progress and sleep patterns. I am not a picky eater, and I love to cook.

    Welcome! I have a Fitbit One, it works well but I think the Zip would have met my needs just as well. I don't regret the One, though, it's been a great activity tracker.
