Last 90 days' worth of carbs...

I don't remember whether this is a Premium feature or not. I signed up for MFP Premium a while back and keep meaning to cancel because I don't think it offers good enough features to justify the cost.
But it's fun to be able to look back and see what my macros and other nutrient levels have been over the past 90 days. Apparently my #3 source of carbs, based on frequency of consumption, has been eggs. Ha! #1 is dark chocolate, #2 is strawberries.
As you can see, I had a crazy carb binge one day in recent history, and a few not so great days prior to that. But generally I've been close to my goal of 60g day, gross carbs.

Definitely a premium attribute. Haha, makes me want to buy it actually :P
Edit: OMG I just found it, so now I look like a goofball. Thanks for the tip0 -
It's always been there. Very cool, thanks for sharing! Can we share ours too? Your weight loss has been very impressive. I have been on a break for the last 3 or so weeks and I don't log my weight as often in MFP. I hate the jagged line it gives!

Congrats!! Great job.0

Darn it! I only use mobile and it's apparently not a feature I have.0

Can't find it on phone. Tomorrow I'll try dragging out my laptop and turning in my hotspot. Wish they integrated more features into the mobile app.0

@minties82, you're doing great! And wow, you've kept your carbs down impressively. And lost weight consistently over time. I see your line is trending back downward. I figure little spikes and plateaus are just par for the course.
Yeah, I meant to add, I'd love to see other people's charts, too!
Apparently this is only available in the website version of MFP. Glad to know it's not a Premium feature!0 -

Thanks! Yes it is starting to trend down again, yay. I wanna see some more, this is pretty cool!0

The spikes over 100 were from some crazy berry feasts. LOL. My net carbs look a bit more impressive, but this works.
