Vitamin K2

Many studies have been done reporting improved bone density with higher intake of vitamin K2. I have seen references magnesium, vitamin D, K2 may further enhance bone density. Vitamin K2 is also reported to lower arterial calcification.
Anyone supplementing with K2 and found improved or stable bone density upon testing?

Can't speak about bone density, but Green Pastures' fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil blend (which contains a fair bit of K2) has dramatically improved my husband's dental issues. He has numerous cavities and whatnot, and he's reported several that have healed over since he started taking it. He hasn't been back to the dentist for a while, so no official report/measurements yet, though.0

I supplement with K2 (20cg daily) and have for the past year or so. I also take Vit D (5000mcg), calcium (500mg) and a B 100 complex. I can't say I've noticed a change, although it does affect my eating in that when I take my supps I am less inclined to eat junk.0

I second the FCLO by green pastures. I feel better in general when I consistently take it. Cinnamon tingle flavor is the best.0

I have a somewhat similar regiment: Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100 mcg, Vitamin D 2000 IU (fall, winter, spring), Magnesium glycinate 250 mg.
I think 20 cg=200,000 mcg, can that be right? Could it me 200 mcg?
What do you attribute your inclination to eating less junk food? Is it the combination of supplements you are taking or can you attribute it to one supplement? I haven't seen vitamin K2, vitamin D or calcium used to decrease carbohydrate cravings. Is vitamin B complex used for decreasing carbohydrate cravings? I have seen reference to L-glutamine decreasing carbohydrate cravings.
I will have to investigate Green Pastures FCLO. I have a pretty strong gag reflex.0 -

Yes sorry, I meant 200mcg, I was on my phone.
I think the inclination to eat less junk is psychological. The supplements are supposed to help make me healthier, so my brain doesn't crave junk food. The vitamin B was recommended to me by a doctor to help curb PMS issues. I take a B complex because I can't remember which specific B vitamin the doc recommended. By extension, I guess it reduces carb cravings by keeping my hormonal mood swings etc in check.
Again, this is all anecdotal.

I also supplement with K2, B-complex, C, D3 5000iu (due to a deficiency), lutein (helps my eye pressure), and L-glutamine to quiet my sugar cravings.0
