Interest in re-booting 5:2? Me too! Time to get back to it and finish the goal once and for all.

I'm rebooting too! Gained 3kg during the summer and they are uncomfortable! They have to go! End goal is 5 - 6 kg. So let's do it!
Had a good fast yesterday and am adding another one today as the rest of the week is full of socializing.
I want to try not counting on fast days. The counting messes with my head and I stop listening to my hunger queues. If I don't lose....I will need to count again. But definitely fasting twice a week.0 -
Second day of a b2b fast is coming to an end. I'm happy with both days (500+600cal) after having quite a few blow outs of late. I'm feeling alot better. Lost 1.5kg of bloat after yesterday's fast, which means alot less tension on my scars :-) Also had an awesome riding lesson this morning and an efficient afternoon at work. So all in all a good start of the week! Will be calling it an early night ;-)
I will be eating normally tomorrow and maybe do a low day using IF on Thursday.

@flumi_f I am making it happen! This is my busy season at work starting up and I am finishing a class for grad school. Lots of stress but 2 fasts this week and I hope to do a third on Friday just to kick start something. Heading toward hormone week 2 but I wont let that derail me!! Exercise is very difficult right now. I leave the house by 7am and work until about 830 pm. wont last forever so I am being patient.
