I was sooooo good all last week & didn't lose anything I need some major help staying motivated this week!

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat! Perhaps you lost a pound of fat and gained a pound and a half of muscle. Don't give up! I am facing a bit of the same this week - been really good, going to yoga daily and somehow I've gone from 177 on Monday to 179.2 this morning. I'm telling myself that I need to drink more water and just keep on keeping on (and maybe stop weighing myself every day, but I've done that every day since I've been a teenager so... another story for another day, maybe). We can do this!0
