Cycling in CT

Hi I'm Matt. I am a pretty active person - I swim, bike, hike, chop wood, scuba dive - but by today's standards I should, and I want to, get rid of a bunch of pounds. I would like to try running but my leg won't let me so cycling is my cure. I usually do 12 - 16 miles five to six times a week and I love it. I am also trying to stay under 1600 calories a day. If anyone in CT is interested in a bike ride, let me know. Or a hike for that matter. Or a light beer, lol.
