Day Three (Week One)

Well I did it!! I did not want to, but knowing that we are here for each other totally pushed me to get my *kitten* out of bed and work out. What a great feeling to have accomplished another day!! And today my kids totally kept themselves busy so I had minimal interuptions!
I did the Shred again today as I am really working up a sweat with it!
Worst Part: I nearly caved on the push ups
Best Part: Side Lunges!!

Today did the Shred....and guess what?? I did 4 REAL PUSH UPS!!! I am sooo happy.. I never was able to do any ever in life. I think I am almost ready for level 2... *scared*0

I did the shred too! had to go on my knees for the push ups though ... and the side lunges kill me! lol.

Did day two of Body Revolution week one. My abs are so sore from yesterday's workout I struggled with the crunches. Tomorrow will be cardio dY to give the muscles a breK.0
