Body Glide or Chamois Cream

Do you think one is better than the other? I currently use body glide for both wetsuit and chamois purposes. I do this mostly because it is one less thing to carry in my bag. I am putting some serious miles on the bike this year and just don't think Body Glide is getting done after 30+ miles.
I personally think that chamois cream (chamois butter is what i have used int he past) has done a better job but I am concerned that after 30-45 min in the water, chamois cream is going to be non-existent when I get through T1.
What is your experience in this area?

I have never used either since I am lucky and don't need them...but my coworkers swear by body glide; and they do anywhere from Olympic to Full distances.0
