To everyone that's made it this far congrats, keeping going we can all do it only 2 more weigh ins to go then our august challenge will be done. But our weight loss goals continue good luck

    Time sure flies. It gives me butterflies to think that August is nearly over. Just 6 weeks until my son's wedding. I have a lot of work to do.

    I feel like I'm not going to reach my August goal due to having extreme pain in my abdomen....but I'm supposed to find out soon what it is so hopefully I can get back on track. I'm so close though! ! 5 lbs away :)
