Hi everyone, after a short hiatus I'm back. I'm looking for fitness pals. I hurt my back a few months ago and I'm doing PT now, so I can start exercising again. I only have about 6 more visits, then I should be able to hit the gym again! I am trying to get in shape for my wedding! I currently weigh 165 and would like to be 135/140. So, I have at least 25 lbs. to lose. I need your help to keep me motivated! At Christmas time I weighed 185! So, I'm half way there! If you would like to be pal's please let me know! We can all do this together! Thanks!

Not sure what your name is, but I hope you dont mind me calling you Skinny . Welcome back and yes feel free to add me if you like. Also, i have a new group here called CrossTrainers.
