I've decided it's no good. I can't focus on losing weight at the moment. I feel like utter dog *kitten*

Lise, take a break. I definitely understand needing the mental health break. Just work on maintaining for the time being. Carly did it... I've done it. There is absolutely no shame in taking a mental health break. Do you girlfriend. Do what you need to do to keep your sanity. Focus on your gorgeous children. Focus on your wonderful husband. Most of all, Focus on YOU!!! We are here for you, whatever you may need. An ear to bend, whatever it is.... we are here for you.

    Much love my friend

Lise, please please please... call the dr's offices again. Make sure they understand this is serious and urgent issue. I hate that you are hurting, my friend. I'm sending good vibes/juju your way that you get some relief soon. In my opinion, 10 days is way toooo long to wait.

    Hugs my friend.

Its probably going to take weeks to be honest Cari. The appointments might come through in the next few days but they will be at least a week or two on top of that in my experience. Because its the NHS and you dont pay you are just on a waiting list.

It just goes to show, there are flaws in every system... Sending more good supportive thoughts your way, Lise, hopping, skipping, and jumping across the pond...

Hey, Lise, would you do me a favor? If you haven't been lately, would you make a commitment to yourself to sit under your day lamp for at least 15 minutes each day until you get your appointments? It can't hurt, right? I know how easy it is in the hustle and bustle of things to start dropping little things I do for myself, and I know with the changing seasons, you'd stopped sitting under your light as much, but any little thing helps these days!!! (HUGS) Vitamin D3 and Magnesium deficiencies among everything else are SOO stupid common these days.

Lise, I'm glad to hear you are taking care of you.

What about vit B12 and super B complex also for energy levels??

    Hugs!

Is your cod liver oil fermented? I heard that stuff is the shizna! I've never taken it? Is it a pill or an unpalatable spoonful of nasty? I've considered it myself... So I'm just way curious. Make sure you take the Vit D, calcium, and preferably K2 at the same time, otherwise your body doesn't know to route the Calcium into your bones...

The vit d and calcium are in the same pill. The clo is in a capsule luckily and I'm taking vit b in the multivitamin effervescent tabs.

Rang the hospital and th e ME clinic today. Mental health haven't even received a referral yet and nobody was at the clinic til Thursday. More waiting. Am feeling really.down today

I'm so sorry honey. We're here to listen in PM if you need to vent or anything... Have you done any mindful coloring or meditation? Spending time with your kiddos? Getting under your lamp? Start thinking of the next fabulous color to put in your hair? Put on your brightest, most garish, outfit, just for fun? (HUGS)

No worries. We all have those days. For about the last 24 hours, all people, stupid people, have been on my nerves. Like jumping up and down on them in spiked heels kind of on my nerves. ARGH... LOL

No worries... I would be seriously ready to stomp a mudhole in some people, were I you. I know the healthcare system there moves slowly, like molasses in the middle of winter, and works differently than here, but you would think it being an URGENT MENTAL HEALTH MATTER would light a fire under someone's behind.
