I just calculated my TDEE on fitness frog and it is 2,569. So to calculate how many calories I need I subtract 20% of 2,569? So 2138 calories if I did my math correctly (I seriously suck at math). I normally eat less than that. Could that be why I haven't lost anything recently?

I don't know your vitals but every calculator I've used for myself give me right around 2,500 or 2,600 for "light exercise". I'm 6ft, 185ish, male. If I put it up to "moderate" it's about 3,000, usually.

Yeah. I don't know if that'll help you or not, but there it is.

Do you stay around 2500? If you go lower does it hinder your weight loss? I am 5'2 and 240 and not that active. During the week I mostly get my exercise through housework or short walks, sometimes swimming. My weekends are more active I think I typically burn around 5000 cal a week from exercise according to mfp. I try to stay around 1500cal a day and my weight loss has stalled. I remember doing a different type of calculation before that said I needed to eat under 2800 cal per day for weight loss.

I've been stalled in the 180- to 190-range for, like, eight months. My goal for the last four months or so has been 1,800cal/day. I have a Spartan race on the 30th and so have gone on, what I consider to be, an almost crash-diet of 1400ish, some days, to go into it as light as possible.

I am interested also. I believe there are some tutorials on the site to figure those out. I haven't searched them up yet. I set my calories to 1800. It works for me most of the time.
