I see some people posting about it and I assume it's a book wirh nutrition and work outs. My question is what do you need for the workouts? I have a membership to the dojo where I do cardio Kickboxing, kettlebell and self defence. I can't really afford a gym membership as well but i want to change things up. We have an easy bar (think that's what is called) and some dumbells at home. Do I need a gym membership for this to work?

Hi there I don't have info on that but EM2WL.com offers a beginners strength training manual also good for itermidiate! http://training.eatmore2weighless.com/beginner-strength-training-instant/
It tells you what you need to do the workouts at home if you dont belong to a gym.

I do strong curves at home but I have a home gym....Squat cage, bench, 3 barbells, tons of plates, dumbbells, pull up bar, treadmill, bands. I make it all work with that. They have a home workout section in the book with almost no supplies needed and is killer, from what I hear. Really great for glute activation work.
