Not a great topic but does anyone have any tips for getting things moving on on lchf diet?

Coffee is frequently called Nature's ExLax, but for me, it is avoiding fiber other than a few veggies - and adding lots of fats, and a nice bit of caffeine in the am to get things moving (it stimulates the bowel)...0
