Low carb and constipation

Not a great topic but does anyone have any tips for getting things moving on on lchf diet?

    I added a cup of coconut flakes a day.

    Bullet proof coffee in the am and Natural Calm magnesium in the evening, and drinking lots of water all day.

    Coffee is frequently called Nature's ExLax, but for me, it is avoiding fiber other than a few veggies - and adding lots of fats, and a nice bit of caffeine in the am to get things moving (it stimulates the bowel)...
